Missouri Hockey is pleased to announce the "Sticking Together" preferred partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Enterprise has made discounts available to all families, clubs, and members of Missouri Hockey for personal use, business use, and Club trips. With the economy & gas being where it is today the "Sticking Together" program will help Missouri Hockey families and Clubs save money on transportation costs overall. Frequently Asked Questions: Q. How do I schedule a pick up service from EnterpriseŽ? A. You can book through www.enterprise.com , by calling 1-800-Rent-a-Car, or by calling the branch directly. Q. What is the discount? A. The local One Rate System ID- is a set rate system locally and a discounted rate nationwide Q. What is Enterprise's refueling policy? A. EnterpriseŽ has a very simple refueling policy: Bring back the vehicle with the same amount of fuels when the rental originated. If the fuel is short of the originating amount, there will be a fuel charge above the market value to replace the fuel. This varies by market since fuel prices vary by city and states. Q. May I use the discount for my own personal use? A. Yes. Use the same discount code for business or personal use. Q. What are the benefits of Enterprise Plus? A. Faster reservations, Faster rentals, "Email Extras" such as upgrades and promotional discounts Q. What is age restriction for business or personal travel? or personal travel? A. EnterpriseŽ requires all drivers to be 21 years or older. Q. What is required when obtaining the car? A. A valid driver's license and credit card. When traveling outside of St. Louis or using the car for personal use, please contact the local branch should you have questions regarding debit cards, credit cards or cash rental procedures. Q. Is there a no-show charge if a reservation is made but not used? . No, but it would be beneficial to call the branch the reservation was made so they can plan accordingly. Q. Are one-way rentals allowed? A. One-way service is available within the limits of the St. Louis, Southwest Illinois, and Southern Missouri area. For example, there is one way service to and from the St. Louis Airport. One-way service is also available within the states of California, Texas, and Florida with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Q. What is the claim process if an employee has an accident with an EnterpriseŽ car? A. Please contact the local office where you rented the vehicle and they will fill out an accident report.
